Conference Planning Committee

Beth is a mom to 3 kids at home, including 16 year old AMCer Taylin. Beth works as an assistive technology professional for Techvision, providing instruction to students who are blind or who have low vision. She also contracts with local school divisions to provide evaluations and resources for students and their IEP teams. Beth was recently appointed by the Governor of Virginia to the Virginia State Rehabilitation Council for the Blind and Visually Impaired. She also serves as a board member and officer for the local Center for Independent Living (Valley Associates for Independent Living) and in her spare time she volunteers for the local SPCA raising neonatal kittens.
