We invite grandmothers of children with Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita (AMC) to donate (NEW) handmade blankets for AMC babies in the NICU and children facing long hospital stays. Each blanket provides warmth, comfort, and reassurance when families need it most.

To the grandmothers of children born with Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita (AMC): 

You are the keepers of tradition, the steady presence in uncertain moments, and the ones who know how to turn love into something tangible.

We invite you to share that gift by donating a (NEW) handmade blanket for an AMC baby or child facing hospitalization. Many families affected by AMC spend extended time in the NICU or pediatric hospital units.

These stays are often long, emotional, and overwhelming. A soft, handmade blanket becomes more than warmth. It becomes a sense of familiarity, comfort, and connection during a time when families need it most.

Every stitch is a reminder that these children and families are surrounded by a community that cares.

Your handmade blanket can:

Provide comfort to a newborn AMCer in the NICU 
Offer warmth and reassurance to a child during a long hospital stay

Handmade items only 
Crocheted or knitted blankets preferred • Baby-sized blankets for NICU use or larger blankets for children • Soft, washable yarns recommended

Before mailing your blanket, please email us at info@amcsupport.org to request the shipping address. This allows our team to properly prepare each gift before it is delivered to an AMC baby or child.
