A variety of kid-friendly activities will be available on Thursday and Friday. Previous activities have included games, arts and crafts, petting zoos and story time. ALL children under the age of 18 MUST be supervised by an adult at ALL times. Due to the lack of volunteers, we are unable to provide childcare. An individual aged 14 or older MUST remain in the Children’s Programming Room with your child(ren) during all Children’s Programming.
The AMCSI Silent Auction will run throughout the Annual Conference. If you would like to donate an item to include with the Auction, please email Robert and Michelle Mockeridge at firstname.lastname@example.org. Previous items auctioned off have included: adaptive toys and gear, books, quilts, artwork, gift certificates, electronics, toys, toiletries, bags/purses and much more! Please note all items MUST be present at the AMCSI Annual Conference to be included.
AMC Group Dinner
On Thursday evening, all conference attendees will be invited to join a group dinner. This annual event will bring together our attendees in a fun setting while enjoying hamburgers, hotdogs or “veggie” burgers.
On Friday, attendees can wear their finest (or come as they are in casual clothing) to the first ever AMCSI Prom to dance the night away “Under the Desert Sky”! All conference attendees are invited to the Prom, young and old. You are welcome to help support the prom by purchasing something from the Prom Committee’s “wish list” on Amazon.
