You may order your 2012 Conference shirt on the registration form or below:

Conference t-shirts will be available for pick-up at time of registration and will be worn for the group photo Saturday June 30th which happens to be AMC Awareness day!
You will be able to pick up your t-shirts upon arrival at conference.
Quantities are limited. Please order early to guarantee your desired sizes.
'Early Bird' Pre-Order Special*
$13 for: Infant thru Adult XL
$15 for: Adult 2XL and 3XL
*All orders qualifying for the 'Early Bird' Pre-Order Special MUST be placed by May 28th, 2012.
Shirts will be sold onsite during the conference for:
$15 - Infant thru Adult XL
$17 - Adult 2XL and 3XL

T-SHIRT SAMPLE
Shirts will be Royal (AMC) Blue with this year's conference logo in the front and our AMC Awareness Day logo on back.
